When will my order be shipped?

We are excited for you to get your order - so we try to ship your package as soon as possible! While most of our orders ship next business day, we ensure that your package will be on its way within 5 business days.

In the event that we offer a pre-order item, that item will ship within 5 business days after receipt at Kennedi James. We will post updates to Facebook and Instagram, so make sure you follow us there.

Will you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 will qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

While we hope you love your Kennedi James items, we understand that there are cases you may need to return items.

Please note that there are no returns on clearance or sale items, jewelry or accessories.

Returns are accepted and must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition - free of any defects. Shipping cost to return any item is the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns will be issued for store credit only.

To start the return process email admin@kennedijames.com with the below information. Please wait until you get an acceptance email prior to mailing.

My item doesn’t fit - can I exchange it for a different size?

We do not offer exchanges.

Due to the limited selection and quantity that Kennedi James offers, it is unlikely that the item will be available for exchange. However, you can return your item and order the size you need.

I received my item and it was damaged. How can I get a refund?

Oh no! We apologize that your item(s) were not up to our standard. Please email us at admin@kennedijames.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Does Kennedi James offer gift cards?

Yes! 

What not for profit organizations does Kennedi James donate to?

Check out our Kennedi James Gives Back page! We will update with who we are currently supporting and a link to their website as well so you can get to know the organizations. We donate to organizations on both the local and national level all with the goal of funding and awareness for childhood cancer research.

Help! I don’t know what size to order?

We understand that sizing is different on different brands and even items! We try to review each item to see what sizes work best for several body types and will provide you with the size the model is wearing plus their dimensions so you can compare to your own. We will keep our Sizing page up to date and encourage you to get your measurements as well.
